Remember social media’s reaction when one of Black Hollywood’s hottest and most controversial couples – Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good – announced their engagement on the EBONY Power 100 Gala red carpet? Well, it may be time for another collective gasp again.

According to multiple sources, the couple is officially married! That’s right—less than six months after their engagement in November 2024, reports are swirling that the two have already said, “I do.”

Both PEOPLE and Entertainment Tonight are reporting on the alleged nuptials. ET even rolled out a clip of Jonathan casually referring to Meagan as his “wife” during a media interview for his upcoming film Magazine Dreams. Was it a slip-up or a soft launch?

Per ET, the couple exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony at their Los Angeles home, reportedly officiated by Jonathan’s mother, Terri Anderson-Mays. Meagan, along with her mother, Tyra Wardlow-Doyle, closed out the surprise family affair.

If the rumors are true, Jonathan and Meagan aren’t just “going together real bad”—they’re locking it all the way in. Despite social media commentary, spicy news stories, and multiple thought pieces, the two are starting a new chapter.

We guess Jonathan was right when he called Meagan “his Coretta.”

Meagan Good & Jonathan Majors (Reportedly) Are Married – And Probably Don’t Care What You Think

The couple’s whirlwind romance has been anything but lowkey. Since they first linked up in 2023, their relationship has been in the public eye.  Both stars have faced their share of personal challenges. Jonathan, in particular, has dealt with legal battles and controversy, while Meagan has had her own highly publicized split from ex-husband DeVon Franklin.

But the pair stayed strong. In fact they slayed every red carpet, radiated love, and complemented each other’s swag while comment sections lit up.

Jonathan recently spoke about their bond, telling ET, “We do a good job of dealing with each other where we’re at. You don’t know anybody until you’ve been through seasons with them.”

He went on to add, “She’s seen me at every spot, and I’ve seen her at every time. We always talk to each other.”
