The NFL season is almost around the corner, but it’s not here yet. You can get your fix with Receivers, a sports series on Netflix that followed star wide receivers Davante Adams, Justin Jefferson, George Kittle, Deebo Samuel and Amon-Ra St. Brown for the 2023 season of the NFL. Even if you’re not a football devotee you’ve surely heard some of those names in passing via either their exploits on the field or some of their viral videos. It runs for 8 episodes and it’s executive producers are as accomplished as the subjects—Peyton Manning and Jamie Horowitz for Omaha Productions; Ross Ketover, Pat Kelleher, Keith Cossrow and Jessica Boddy for NFL Films; Patrick Mahomes and Jacquelyn Dahl for 2PM Productions aka the same crew that made Quarterback.—Alvin aqua Blanco
