American Airlines Explores New Boarding Process to Stop Line-Cutting

According to MSNBC an American Airlines spokeswoman told Nexstar that some airports are testing an automated boarding technology to improve boarding. New boarding technology is being tested, the representative added. The idea gives airline staff better boarding visibility and gives passengers priority boarding.

American Airlines has not disclosed any specific information regarding the technology; however, passenger reports indicate that it is an automated system that detects when travelers attempt to board out of order.
