Shannon Sharpe’s Accuser Released Alleged Audio Of Him Saying He’ll “F-cking Choke The Sh-t Out” Of Her

Shannon Sharpe was named in a $50 million lawsuit Monday morning, accusing him of sexual assault and battery, and now more alleged evidence has come to light after Sharpe’s legal representatives responded.

Now, Jane Doe, who Sharpe says is Gabrielle Zuniga, has gone a step further by releasing an alleged phone conversation with the Hall of Famer where he sounds pretty upset while threatening her.

“I don’t know. Anything I say you’re just gonna, like, get mad at me and you’re just gonna hang up on me,” a woman’s voice says.

A man’s voice responds, saying, “It is what it is,” and promises to hang up on her, and she responds, “Don’t manipulate me.”

He retorts, “Oh, lord, have mercy. If you say that word one more time, I’m gonna f-cking choke the sh-t out of you when I see you.”

There’s then silence for more than 30 seconds, which ends with her saying, “I don’t wanna be choked,” to which the male voice responds, “Yes, you do. I don’t think you have a choice in the matter.”

TMZ says they got the audio of the phone call from Jane Doe’s attorney, Tony Buzbee. They add that the conversation happened towards the end of their relationship. TMZ also acknowledges that the audio provided does not include the entire phone call.

Buzbee tells the outlet that he’s only releasing the alleged evidence because Sharpe’s lawyer tried to discredit him in his statement yesterday, in which he said the suit is a “shakedown” full of “lies, distortion, and misrepresentations.”

Other lines in Sharpe’s statement also prove that at least one point their relationship was consensual, with X-rated texts she sent him like, “that’s my daddy f-ck i want u to put a big black baby in me.”

The statement also mentioned that Buzbee and his client are attempting to extort him by threatening to release a sextape she recorded without his knowledge.

In response, Sharpe has released a minute-long video in which he addresses the accusations by talking to his “family, friends, supporters, colleagues” as he once again calls the situation a “shakedown.”

“Tony Buzbee targets black men, and I believe he’s going to release a 30-second clip of a sex tape to make me look guilty and play into every stereotype you can possibly imagine,” Sharpe says.

He adds that the video is actually 10 minutes long and was recorded during what he now believes was a setup.
